Winchester 1890 and 1892 Receivers Know the laws in your state. These will need a background check passed or they will need to be shipped to an FFL. No exceptions. If they need to be returned for any reason, there will be a 20% restocking fee. You will get 80% of the purchase price returned, and the tax. Buyers fee and 20% will go towards relisting.
