Hard Case & Two Magazines This is either a Sussex pick-up, or we can ship direct to a FFL holder (you or your designee). There are no transfers. FFL/Background paperwork will need to be filled out @ our store, a $25 fee will be assessed on your invoice, and a background check will be done before removal of gun from the store. A valid up to date WI driver's license/ID will also need to be provided. You must be a resident of Wisconsin & 18 years old to purchase this item directly. If you are out of state, or in state a distance away, we can ship to a FFL chosen by you in your area. You will not be assessed the $25 fee for our background check, but your chosen FFL is required to give you a background check, and costs vary for each. We will schedule a mutually agreed upon time for you to come in to do the paperwork, it will most likely not be done during regular pickup times!! If multiple guns are purchased simultaneously on one auction from one person you will be assessed the $25 fee for the first gun & no additional background fees for any gun purchased after that on the same order. It is recommended that all guns are reviewed by a gunsmith or gun expert prior to using, as we hold no liability for the item’s operation or functionality. Many background checks get delayed, so there is a possibility that a gun purchase may require two trips! Please call with any questions before bidding!
