Any bidder that is new to our auctions (with zero feedback) and you win bids on gold - silver - precious metals or have an invoice total over $250 on any wins and will need shipping - you will be asked to send a photo of your driver's license and a copy of the credit card that you used to sign up (name and address on driver's license and the name on the credit card must match the sign up information).
