Graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (1953). Teachers by profession - O. Shovkunenko, M. Sharonov, I. Shtilman, K. Left, M. Ivanov, T. Yablonskaya, V. Puzirkov. Member of the Great Patriotic War. He worked in the field of easel painting. Major works: wattle fence "Tolstoy in the workshop of Repin" (1953); "To Siberia" (1957); Windy Day (1956); "To the grave of Kobzar" (1961); Unforgettable (1963); T. G. Shevchenko in Nizhny Novgorod "(1964); Sergei Yesenin (1968); "New owners", "Square in Sednevi" (1969) and others. Participated in exhibitions: republican since 1954, all-Union since 1957. Honored Art Worker of the Ukrainian SSR (1964). He was awarded the Order of the Red Star and medals. He died on August 10, 1982.
