Iosifovich. ?Vern 1064<br>*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING ***<br>* TITLE: "Winter landscape"<br>* ARTISTS: Belyak Vladimir Iosifovich<br>* SIZE: 80x120 cm/'31.49x47.24 inches' * MEDIUM: oil, canvas<br>* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection<br>* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product<br>About the artist: Ukrainian artist, painter.<br>Belyak Vladimir Iosifovich was born on May 4, 1924 in the suburbs of Odessa - Lustdorf (Chernomorka).<br>From 1940 to 1947 he studied at the Odessa Art College under A.Postel, I. Gursky, D. Krainev.<br>From 1947 to 1953 he studied at the Kiev State Art Institute. Teachers: I. Shtilman, M. Sharonov, S. Grigoriev, K. Eleva, K. Trohimenko, M. Ivanov.<br>After graduation, together with his friend - the artist D. Poor Noshey, he gets a job in the creative and production workshops of the Art Fund.<br>In 1953 he participated in the exhibition of Ukrainian fine art in Moscow (as part of the decade of Ukrainian art). His work is marked with the distinction "For creative success."<br>Vladimir Belyak is a participant in numerous city, republican, all-Union and international art exhibitions.<br>Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1953.<br>Since 1960, the artist begins to work on a series of "Kiev".<br>In 1973 he participated in the Kuindzhi Memorial exhibition. He was awarded a commemorative badge and a medal.<br>In 1977, after visiting the cities of Samarkand and Bukhara in Uzbekistan, he created a series of works on Central Asian themes.<br>In 1988 he was awarded the medal of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.<br>Solo exhibitions of the artist took place in the Ukrainian House (Kiev. 2004) and in the Russian Museum (Kiev. 2008).<br>The works of Vladimir Iosifovich Belyak are presented in museum and private collections in Ukraine, Russia, France, Poland and other countries.
