The Falcon miniseries from 1983. Masterfully written by Jim Owsley (Christopher Priest) with striking, dynamic artwork by Paul Smith and Mark Bright, this historic run marks Sam Wilson's very first solo title in Marvel Comics history. Stepping out from Captain America's shadow, this groundbreaking, street-level thriller follows the winged Avenger as he battles street gangs, corrupt authorities, and electrokinetic villains like Electro to protect his community.
