Magnus, Robot Fighter, published by Dark Horse Comics in 2010. Masterfully written by legendary comic veteran Jim Shooter with spectacularly detailed, gritty artwork by Bill Reinhold, this acclaimed revival modernizes a classic pop-culture icon for a new generation. This set includes Issue #1—an oversized, 56-page first-issue spectacular—alongside Issue #2, diving deep into the year 4000 where humanity has become completely dependent on robotic labor. Follow Magnus as he uses his devastating martial arts prowess and cybernetic strength to defend North Am against a rogue faction of deadly, self-aware rogue machines.
