A mixed .38 Special lot from the Ferguson estate holding factory cartons, plastic reloading boxes and loose brass. Factory printed cartons and plastic flip top boxes are laid out together in the group photo, and several of the cartons have been refilled with mixed headstamp cases rather than their original contents. Bullets seen include lead round nose, lead semi-wadcutter and jacketed hollow point. Case heads read R-P 38 SPL, W-W SUPER 38 SPL and FEDERAL 38 SPL mixed within the same trays. Cartons show shelf wear, split corners, tape and handwriting. Condition is fair to good. Counts are unverified and the buyer should count at pickup. Buyer must comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession and transport of ammunition. This ammunition was handloaded by the late Jack Ferguson. It was not commercially manufactured, has not been tested, and is sold for component and collector value. The buyer assumes all risk of use. Estimated Value: $50 to $100 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot. Written descriptions are a guide only and may contain errors.
