SKIL 9215 8.5 Amp Reciprocating Saw with Manual

One SKIL reciprocating saw, model 9215, with its operating and safety instruction booklet. The rating label reads 120 volts, 60 hertz, 8.5 amps, 800 to 2700 strokes per minute and a 1-1/8 inch, 28.5 mm stroke, part F012921500, built by Bosch Tool Corporation. It has the tool free blade clamp, a pivoting shoe and a variable speed trigger. No blade is installed. Read this carefully before bidding. The rubber strain relief boot at the cord entry has pulled loose from the cord jacket and the white inner insulation fibers are exposed at that point, shown in the last two photos. That is an electrical hazard and the cord should be repaired or replaced by a qualified person before the saw is plugged in. The rest of the tool is complete. Condition is fair with sawdust and grime in the vents, scuffed housings and light rust on the shoe pivot. It has not been plugged in or tested. Authenticity and function have not been verified by Crawford Auction Service. Estimated Value: $15 to $30 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
