Assorted antique and vintage carving and serving utensils featuring genuine stag/antler-style handles, dark textured handles, decorative metal collars, and steel implements. The collection includes carving knives, carving forks, sharpening steels, and a distinctive Roller Brand “Sharp Cutter” poultry shear marked Czechoslovakia with amber-toned handle scales. One large carving knife is marked “Marshall Field & Co., Chicago,” adding department-store and Chicago collectible interest; Marshall Field & Co. is documented as having retailed cutlery during the early 20th century. Pieces show substantial age-related wear including oxidation, tarnish, discoloration, scratches, surface rust, and wear to the handles and fittings. An interesting mixed collection of antique carving tools, stag handled cutlery, butcher and kitchen utensils, and early culinary collectibles.
