Wüsthof kitchen cutlery and utensil lot featuring three Silverpoint paring and vegetable knives made in Solingen, Germany, along with a Wüsthof #2843 stainless steel bench scraper/dough scraper with measurement markings. The Silverpoint knives include straight-edge and curved peeling/paring blade styles with black synthetic handles, ideal for peeling, trimming, slicing fruits and vegetables, and other detailed food preparation. Wüsthof Silverpoint knives feature precision-cut stainless steel blades and lightweight synthetic handles. The wide stainless steel bench scraper is designed for cutting and portioning dough, scraping work surfaces, and transferring chopped ingredients.
