Large handwoven tribal textile floor pillow or cushion measuring approximately 27" x 24". Constructed from richly patterned woven textiles with different designs on each side, including striped bands, repeating geometric diamond and lozenge motifs, and multicolored embroidery in deep red, burgundy, green, blue, cream, and black. The construction and geometric decoration are consistent with traditional kilim/tribal weaving, which was historically used for cushions, bedding, bags, and other household furnishings. Exact regional origin and age are unknown. Visible wear, loose threads, and irregularities consistent with handwoven textile construction and use. See matching Pillow in lot 313.
