Finely patterned Persian-style area rug featuring a classic Bijar/Herati-inspired design with a large central diamond medallion surrounded by an exceptionally dense allover floral and geometric field. The palette includes rich brick red, deep navy blue, powder blue, ivory, gold, green, and salmon tones, framed by multiple floral and geometric borders. Finished with white fringe at both ends. The reverse shows the structure of the rug and retains an older inventory tag numbered 4126. Measures approximately 65” L x 44” W, excluding fringe. Appears well maintained overall with minor wear consistent with age and use. Exact origin, fiber content, and method of manufacture have not been independently verified. See photos for full details.
