Vintage Cavalier cedar chest manufactured in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Cavalier name was introduced by the Tennessee Furniture Company in 1923 for its line of red cedar hope chests, with most examples dating from the 1920s through the 1940s. This spacious chest measures approximately 48" wide x 22" tall x 19.75" deep and offers classic styling with aromatic cedar storage for blankets, linens, and keepsakes.
