He was awarded two Orders of the Red Star, the Order of the Great Patriotic War and medals.<br>In 1952 he graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (workshop of battle-historical painting). Teachers - K. Trokhimenko, S. Grigoriev, G. Melikhov, V. Kostetsky, K. Eleva.<br>He worked in the field of easel painting.<br>Lysenko S.N. - participant of art exhibitions: since 1952 - republican, since 1958 - all-Union, since 1960 - foreign.
