Collectible Chinese brass singing bowl with a traditional rounded form, gently curved sides, broad open rim, and warm golden-brass finish. The bowl has a substantial, simple profile designed to resonate when struck or circled along the rim.<br><br>Included is a turned wooden striker/mallet with a red felt-covered striking end. The natural wood handle has a smooth cylindrical form with decorative turned rings near the felt section.<br><br>The brass surface shows attractive age-related character, including patina, light oxidation, scratches, scuffs, and handling marks throughout, giving the piece an established decorative appearance.
