Inspired by Jacques-Louis David’s famous 1805 painting "Napoleon Crossing the Alps". This amazing matte finish 13" tall statue sculpted by the Santini Pucci studio model / mold #1906. Note the "A" makers mark indicates an Arnart Creations "Capodimonte-style" Japan importer during the 1960's-70's, which would also be the approximate date of this piece. A very fine example with my appreciation going to the attention to detail of the horse especially. No chips or cracks were observed though could be very minor flaws in the paint that could be attributed to being hand crafted and/or age.
