If you don’t pick up your items or lots during the times listed in the auction description, they’ll be considered abandoned. We can’t store extra items, so they’ll be re-sold, donated, or thrown away. If you can’t make it during the posted pickup days and times, you need to email Texas Auction Services for approval BEFORE your scheduled pickup time and have an APPROVED response. Otherwise, your item(s) will be forfeited with no refund. No exceptions. If you contact us AFTER and we still have the item(s) a storage fee of $5 per day will be charged to your card on file BEFORE you pick up.
