The PVC DWV tee-wye features a long radius and a hub x hub x hub connection. The tee-wye allows for a connection to be made in continuous pipeline and branch out to a different direction. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is the most frequently specified of all thermoplastic materials because of its light weight, durability and cost-effectiveness. PVC DWV is easy to install and is joined by solvent cementing or threading.. PVC requires a primer before cementing. Maximum service temperature 140 F. Smooth interior finish for reduced friction and material buildup. Do not test or use with compressed air or other gases. All-hub solvent-welded connections. 3 X 3 X 2 in. Inside Diameter and 3 1/8 x 3 1/8 x 2 1/8 in. Outside Diameter. Use when connecting a horizontal PVC branch line into a vertical PVC drain line. Helps remove waste water and waterborne wastes from plumbing fixtures and appliances. Maximum working pressure of 5 psi. For use with non-pressurized sanitary systems.
