The MARKSMAN guide is a jig that allows you to place CAMO Edge fasteners on the edge of your boards. Not only does this system improve the overall look of your deck, but it holds stronger than a traditional face fastener. When a deck board is face fastened, the head of the screw or nail is keeping your board in place. Edge fastening leverages the strength of the entire screw to hold your deck board in place. The MARKSMAN system makes it easy to edge fasten. Simply set the tool, drop your fasteners in each fastener slot, and drive. The MARKSMAN tool offers a built-in spacer to keep your board gaps consistent throughout your entire installation. To manage warped boards and lock them in place, use the CAMO LEVER . Works on composite, hardwood, cedar, and dried wood deck boards. Tool automatically establishes spacing between boards. Tool easily directs screws into the edge of the board. Use ONLY with CAMO Edge Fasteners. Fastens on the edge of the board, for a fastener-free deck top. 3/16 in controlled gap for material expansion and contraction.
