Excellent selection of a vintage Frederic Remington Commemorative Bowie Knife, perfect for any collector. Housed inside an original custom-fitted wooden display case, this piece was originally produced by The Franklin Mint to honor the timeless artist. The blade is crafted from premium, mirror-polished stainless steel and features Frederic Reminton’s printed official script signature centered on the blade. The hilt and handle of the piece is a rich, dark hardwood grip with a detailed silver and gold colored tone. A medallion in the center showcases an homage to Remington’s iconic 1895 piece “The Broncho Buster”. The knife is presented on an original hardwood frame lined with a red velvet backdrop. Two pegs in the middle of the frame hold the blade up, allowing for easy mounting and removal. The knife itself is in great shape with no noticeable wear. Knife measures 13.5” in overall length. It’s display measures 17” H x 7” W.
