WWI US Armed Forces M1905 and M1917 Bayonets. (1) M1905 Bayonet. Single edged, bright blade with fuller. Maker marked by Springfield and dated 1909 on the ricasso, US and serial number on the reverse. Blued steel hilt with wood grips. Leather scabbard with steel fittings. (1) M1917 Bayonet. Single edged, bright blade with fuller. Maker mark of Winchester and 1917 stamped on one side of the ricasso, flaming bomb, US and proof marks on the reverse. Steel hilt with wood grips. Green painted leather scabbard with steel fittings. Blade Length: 16", 17" Total Length: 20 1/2", 21 5/8" Condition: Good. Light to moderate wear, oxidation, dark spots, runner's marks and finish loss.
