Civil War Era US Militia NCO Sword. Double edged, straight blade. Double acid etched with floral and patriotic patterns. Maker marked by Shannon & Miller on the ricasso. Brass hilt with bone handle and knights head pommel. Leather scabbard with brass fittings. Blade Length: 25 1/2" Total Length: 31 3/4" Condition: Good. Light wear, dark spots, finish loss and oxidation.
