French M1866 Chassepot and Spanish M1913 Bayonets. (1) French M1866 Chassepot Bayonet. Single edge, yataghan blade with fuller. Maker marked by St Etienne and dated 1870 on the spine. Steel hilt with ribbed brass handle. Steel scabbard. (1) Spanish M1913 Bayonet. Single edged, bright blade with fuller. Maker marked by Artilleria Fábrica Nacional on the ricasso, serial numbered on the reverse. Steel hilt with checkered wood grips. Blade and hilt have been varnished. No scabbard. Blade Length: 15 1/2", 22 3/4" Total Length: 20 1/2", 27 1//2" Condition: Good. Light to moderate wear, oxidation and finish loss. Moderate rust to the Chassepot bayonet.
