Imperial German Civil Service Officer Dress Sword. Single edged, triple acid etched blade. Maker marked by Carl Stahl Cassel on the spine. Felt buffer pad. Brass hilt with folding clamshell guard and textured handle. Leather scabbard with brass fittings and leather frog. Blade Length: 33" Total Length: 38 1/2" Condition: Good. Light wear, oxidation, dark spots and finish loss. Loss of leather from the scabbard.
