Dimension:7"L. The teapot is fashioned from Duan Ni (??), a premium type of Yixing clay known for its sandy, pale-yellowish, or light ochre color and excellent porous texture. The body displays meticulous hand-applied clay sprigging and relief work depicting twisting grapevines, sprawling leaves, and clusters of small grapes. A small, lifelike squirrel is perched amidst the vines on the side and often serves as the finial handle on the lid.
