This hand-painted porcelain military figure stands approximately 10 inches tall on a rectangular base inscribed 1863 Artillery. The figurine depicts a Civil War era soldier wearing a light gray uniform with orange collar and cuff accents, black riding boots, and a matching kepi hat, holding a long wooden swab staff while a sword hangs from his belt as he leans against a brick column. The underside features the official crown backstamp marked Lefton China Hand Painted, the item number KW4490, a handwritten date of December 1969, a circular corner opening, and the original red foil Lefton label. The collectible shows some typical signs of age, including light scuffing on the bottom base rim, minor dust buildup in the crevices, and paint flaking with material loss on the textured black sponge tip of the wooden staff, though the main ceramic body remains free of any chips or cracks
