One 1961 90% silver Franklin half dollar. The obverse features a bust of Benjamin Franklin and the reverse shows the Liberty Bell. As shown. The coin is encapsulated in a PCGS holder as PR66 (photo 1). A yellow residue is visible on the inner surface of the holder or the coin obverse (photo 2). The plastic slab exhibits light surface scuffing.
