A collection of approximately 130 US steel pennies dated 1943. This group includes two three-coin sets with Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco mint marks in cardboard folders. All coins and notes have not been professionally graded and as shown. The coins exhibit varying degrees of circulation wear, oxidation, and surface rust consistent with zinc-coated steel composition (photos 3 and 4). Some examples retain original zinc luster while others show dark gray toning and iron oxide staining.
