By registering or bidding in this auction, each bidder acknowledges that the bidder has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. AUCTION FORMAT: Except for Lots listed with reserve, this is an absolute auction. All other lots sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. Reserved lots are specifically identified and are subject to seller confirmation. 2. Registration and Binding Agreement By registering for or placing a bid in this auction, each bidder acknowledges that the bidder has reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and enters into a binding agreement with Gulf Coast Auctions & Estate Sales, LLC. Bidders must be at least 18 years old and must register with accurate contact information and a valid payment card. 3. Buyer's Premium, Payment and Sales Tax An 18% buyer's premium will be added to the successful hammer price of each lot. Buyers who pay in cash at the designated pickup location during the scheduled pickup period will receive a three-percentage-point cash discount, reducing the buyer's premium to 15%. Accepted payment methods are: - Credit card processed through HiBid - Cash paid at the pickup location - Approved wire transfer or Zelle payment Personal checks, business checks and cashier's checks are not accepted. Unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing, Gulf Coast Auctions & Estate Sales, LLC may process the registered card following the auction's close. Applicable Florida sales tax will be charged on the taxable purchase amount, including the buyer's premium, unless the buyer provides a valid and properly completed Florida resale certificate before the auction closes. Bidders must promptly contact Gulf Coast Auctions & Estate Sales, LLC regarding any billing concern and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute. Nothing in these terms waives any right that cannot lawfully be waived. 4. As-Is, Where-Is Sale All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, without warranties or guarantees, express or implied, concerning condition, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, age, origin, authenticity, completeness or description. Photographs and descriptions are provided as a convenience and are not warranties. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the property and conducting any desired research before bidding. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or bid cancellations will be permitted except as required by law. 5. Bidding and Auction Administration The auctioneer may reject bids, determine bidding increments, resolve bidding disputes, correct clerical or catalog errors, and reopen bidding when permitted by law or when a timely bid was received during the closing process. The auctioneer may withdraw a reserved lot before completion of its sale. An absolute lot will not be withdrawn after a bid has been accepted except as permitted by Florida law.
