15.55% Buyer’s Premium in effect on all lots, with a minimum of $1 per lot being charged. There is no charge for paying with cash at pickup, but you must either request in the notes to the auctioneer section of registration or be previously authorized by the auctioneer that you are paying cash. When paying by credit or debit card there is a 3.45% processing charge. Sales Taxes are collected per the State of Illinois rules. In general this means no sales tax on coins, currency, bullion or posted estate items. Upon bidding you are entering into a contract to buy the lot bid on. Not paying for shipping does not release you from the auction invoice, those are two separate transactions. Unless prior arrangements are made, items not picked up during the scheduled pickup times or not paid for shipping are considered a donation with net proceeds going to the Monroe County Humane Society and the Morrison Talbott Library. Items are sold in AS-IS condition and the bidder acknowledged they have had ample time to attend a live preview. The bidder acknowledges the lot description, photos and estimates are informational only and an opinion not an expression of fact. The bidder agrees that by bidding they are satisfied with the condition of the lot and will make no attempts at returns or canceling the transaction. The bidder understands that by not paying their invoice they may receive negative feedback within the auction platform and this negative feedback may significantly adversely affect their ability to participate in future auctions both at this auction house and others within the auction platform. This is a summary of the terms and conditions. The buyer acknowledges that they have had ample opportunity to review the full terms and conditions as posted and those terms and conditions are acceptable to them otherwise they will not bid.
