Online Auction Terms and Conditions ***THERE WILL NOT BE ANY EXCEPTIONS MADE TO THE TERMS STATED BELOW. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS UPON REGISTRATION FOR THE AUCTION*** INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% ON ALL MERCHANDISE. The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction. Exceptions may be made for alternate payment methods pending authorization by the auctioneer. If you are requesting an alternate payment option you must call ahead of time for approval. If alternative payment is approved, we accept cash, wire transfer or a separate credit card. Please note the 15% buyer's fee applies to all purchases regardless of payment method. A 6% State Sales tax will be applied to all sales unless you present a sales tax exemption form. The credit card that bidders select to use from their HiBid account at the time of registration will be authorized at that time. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover ONLY. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. Auction Company reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or check) for larger amounts. *Please Note: Superior Auction LLC reserves the right to request a wire transfer for payment on all precious metals if shipping is being requested.* Please note that the merchandise must be pickup up during specified pickup times on the specified date. There is no storage available. Buyers should bring their own moving personnel and equipment, if needed. If you would like to have your items shipped, please select shipping when registering for the auction OR notify the auction company within 24 hours of close of auction. Small items only are available for shipping. Methods of shipment are solely at the discretion of Superior Auction LLC and we will make every effort to find the best shipping rates available. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If we determine that a third-party shipping service is in the best interest of the customer, we will be transporting the items to our local Pack & Ship Center. You will be contacted by the Pack & Ship facility and the shipping transaction and payment will be a separate transaction between you and them. Buyers are responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance costs. If items are not picked up during the scheduled pick-up times and we are able to transport them, you will be charged $20.00 per lot for transportation back to our office. This only applies to smaller items; we cannot transport large items. Transportation fees will not be charged if you are having your order shipped and have contacted us to make shipment arrangements. If you do not pick-up your items or if you fail to make arrangements for pick-up or shipping, your items will be disposed of or resold at our discretion. You forfeit your rights to these items, even though you have already been charged. No exceptions will be made!
