ABOUT THIS PRODUCT This VEVOR Olympic Open Trap Bar is a specialized hex barbell designed for strength training, specifically deadlifts, squats, shrugs, and lunges. Its open-frame design allows for a wider range of motion compared to traditional closed trap bars and makes stepping in and out of the bar easier. The integrated feet/stand allow the bar to sit off the ground, making the loading and unloading of weight plates simpler. The unit is constructed from steel with a black powder-coated finish. It features textured knurled handles to help maintain a secure grip during heavy lifts. This item is designed to be compatible with standard Olympic weight plates. It is shipped unassembled and requires user assembly before use. SPECIFICATIONS - Brand: VEVOR - Model / SKU: OB-93BK - Condition: AS IS CONDITION DISCLOSURE What you see is what you get.
