KEY ISSUES (READ FIRST): - MISSING CASTER WHEEL: The rear-left caster wheel is completely missing, leaving an empty socket. The unit sits directly on its bottom plastic frame and cannot stand level or roll properly. - COSMETIC BLEMISHES: There are visible black smudges and dirt marks on the front and side white plastic housing panels. EMPLOYEE-REPORTED TESTS (FROM RECORDING): - Employee said: "I did plug this product up to make sure that it turns on and works, and all buttons, factors work on there as well." - Employee said: "And I did did a test on it and made sure the fan does blow." ABOUT THIS PRODUCT This VEVOR evaporative cooler, model JH-310J, is designed to cool personal, workshop, or outdoor spaces using the natural process of water evaporation. It features manually operated push-buttons on the top-front panel to control the water pump (cool function) and toggle between three fan speeds. The unit is constructed with a plastic outer frame, internal fan blade, and three-sided cooling pad media designed to hold water. Water can be added manually or continuously via a brass garden hose adapter connection on the lower water tank, which also includes a drain plug.
