EMPLOYEE-REPORTED TESTS (FROM RECORDING): - Employee said: "I pulled the 17-inch double handles completely apart and squeezed them together to ensure the internal jaw bar retracts and expands smoothly without binding." - Employee said: "I examined around knob at the very back of the tool clockwise and counterclockwise to ensure it spins freely and rotates the internal mandrel shaft." - Employee said: "I screwed a matching rivet nut onto the installed mandrels by hand and confirmed that they thread smoothly and seat fully against the nose piece." IN THE BOX (EMPLOYEE-REPORTED): - Employee said: "I verified the multifunctional wrench is present in the case slot and checked if the starter pack of rivet nuts is included, and it is."
