A vintage Edward Art Products framed color reproduction after Charles Burton Barber (British, 1845-1894), "A Special Pleader," after the artist's 1893 painting, depicting a young girl standing in a corner beside a protective collie with a doll on the floor. The image bears the reproduced lower-left signature/date "C. Burton Barber 1893." Presented under glass with cream matting, blue/brown inner rules and a brown wood frame. Reverse label identifies Edward Art Products, Chicago, a division of Kotler Industries, style no. 1293-5, subject "A SPECIAL PLEADER," size 28 x 32, Made in USA. See photos for condition and details.
