SATX RETAIL GROUP SAN ANTONIO AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS Participation in this auction constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read all terms carefully before bidding. 1. AUCTION FORMAT This is an internet-only auction conducted through the HiBid platform. Lots will begin closing at the scheduled time listed in the auction details and will close sequentially. A soft close may be in effect. If a bid is placed during the final minutes before a lot closes, additional time may be added to allow continued bidding. SATX Retail Group reserves the right, as permitted by applicable law and platform rules, to withdraw items, cancel bids, reopen or extend bidding, refuse service, or suspend bidding privileges when necessary to protect the integrity and operation of the auction. 2. REGISTRATION & BIDDER ELIGIBILITY All bidders must register through HiBid and provide a valid credit card before bidding. SATX Retail Group reserves the right to approve or deny bidder registrations. By registering, the bidder confirms that: • They are legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement. • All registration information provided is accurate. • The credit card provided is authorized for use. False, incomplete, or misleading registration information may result in suspension or termination of bidding privileges. 3. ALL BIDS ARE BINDING All bids are final and binding. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to purchase the item if they are the winning bidder. Bid retractions are not permitted. Failure to complete payment for a winning bid may result in suspension or termination of bidding privileges and other lawful collection efforts. 4. PAYMENT A valid credit card is required to register. Unless SATX Retail Group is notified of an approved alternative payment method at registration or before the auction ends, the bidder authorizes SATX Retail Group to charge the card on file after the auction closes. Accepted credit cards include: Visa • Mastercard • Discover • American Express The invoice may include: • Winning bid amount • 17% Buyer’s Premium • Applicable sales tax • Applicable payment surcharge or other disclosed fees PAYMENT DEADLINE: All invoices must be paid in full no later than the end of the final scheduled pickup day. Any bidder who fails to complete payment by the end of the final pickup day will be banned from participating in future SATX Retail Group auctions. Unpaid merchandise may also be forfeited and SATX Retail Group reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law regarding unpaid invoices. 5. BUYER’S PREMIUM, SALES TAX & CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE A 17% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid amount of each lot. Applicable 8.25% sales tax will be charged on taxable purchases unless valid tax-exemption documentation has been submitted and accepted.
