WELCOME TO THE TORONTO MEGA RETURNS & MYSTERY PALLET AUCTION Toytexx is opening its Toronto warehouse for an auction featuring customer-return, open-box and warehouse merchandise offered in individual and wholesale quantities. Auction items include folding ladders, utility wagons, floor and grass tiles, touchless dispensers, vehicle storage accessories, household products, mystery return pallets, large mystery boxes, mini mystery boxes and more. This auction is suitable for resellers, small businesses, market vendors, online sellers, project buyers and bargain hunters. Please refer to the HiBid auction page for the official opening date, closing date and scheduled closing time. AUCTION FORMAT This is an internet-only timed auction. All bidding takes place online through HiBid. Enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay. HiBid will automatically bid on your behalf in the required increments, up to your maximum bid, using only the amount required to keep you in the lead. Each product lot is subject to a 60-second soft close. If a bid is placed during the final 60 seconds before a lot closes, that lot’s closing time will be extended by an additional 60 seconds. Extensions will continue until no new bid is received during a complete 60-second period. PER-ITEM BIDDING AND QUANTITY Unless a lot description specifically states otherwise, bids are placed on a per-item basis. The winning bid will be multiplied by the Quantity shown for the lot. Example: If the winning bid is $20.00 and the lot has a Quantity of 5, the winning bid amount will be $100.00 before the Buyer’s Premium and applicable taxes. Lots described as one pallet, one box, one set or one complete lot normally have a Quantity of 1 and are sold for the total winning bid. Always review the lot title, Quantity, description and bid amount before confirming your bid. ITEM CONDITION Most merchandise in this auction consists of customer-return or open-box products. These products are not necessarily brand new in sealed retail packaging. Original packaging may be opened, torn, crushed, taped, marked, missing or replaced. Some products may show signs of unpacking, inspection, handling or previous assembly. Unless a specific issue is disclosed in the lot description, Toytexx is not aware of a material problem with the product itself. However, products may not have been fully assembled, installed or tested through every operating function. All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted because of packaging condition, cosmetic condition, buyer’s remorse, failure to review the description or differences between the
