All items in this auction ship, and all shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping may be invoiced separately from your auction invoice. Shipping charges are due within 24 hours of invoicing. Your items do not ship until your auction invoice and all shipping charges have been paid and cleared. INSURANCE Where insurance is available and applied, its cost is charged to the buyer. Some carriers exclude or limit coverage on coins, bullion, and precious metals. A shipment is insured only if insurance appears on your invoice. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS International shipments cost more and may require a different carrier, customs paperwork, and additional insurance. Coins, bullion, and precious metals are prohibited or restricted by some carriers and destination countries. ISA may decline to ship internationally where shipment is unavailable or uninsurable, and may cancel and relist the lot with a refund of amounts paid for that lot. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees. RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES If a package is returned, refused, undeliverable, or incorrectly forwarded, the buyer must pay all return postage, reshipping, carrier fees, and handling before it ships again. No refunds. FORFEITURE - Unpaid lots are forfeited 10 calendar days after auction close. - Paid lots that cannot ship because of the buyer, including unpaid shipping or reshipping charges or an undeliverable address, are deemed abandoned 20 calendar days after auction close. Storage accrues during that time. - Forfeited or abandoned items may be resold or disposed of. Resale proceeds are applied to storage, shipping, handling, and any unpaid balance. - These deadlines run from the auction close date and are not extended by any email notice.
