Intake /Exhaust valve cleaning: The valves can be cleaned by sandblasting in sequence without dismantling. Deeply remove the highly sticky carbon deposits on the intake manifold, intake & exhaust valves. Solve the problems of unstable idling, insufficient fuel combustion, and reduced air-fuel ratio.) Working Principle The AUTOOL HTS558 Automotive walnut sand de-carbon cleaner is worked by that the high-pressure air flow is sprayed into the engine intake pipe, and the sand particles at high pressure and high speed will roll and collide in the closed intake pipe, so as to impact the carbon deposits on the intake valve and cylinder wall, and then the walnut sand and the carbon deposit mixture are recovered into the sand storage bucket through a special joint. Why Choose HTS558 Walnut Sand Chemical cleaning agent will corrode pipe and shortens the lifetime of engine. Walnut powder is pure natural polish material. it shows high performance in hardness, anti-pressure and wear-resisting. HTS558 will clean the intake pipe and back side of intake valve thoroughly but no damage. High-precision engine system is sensitive to foreign matter of intake pipe, such as BMW valvetronic system. Ultra-high efficiency Engine should be closed before clean, then turn crankshaft to close intake valve.
