Charter Arms Off Duty .38 Special Revolver w/ 2-in-long Barrel. Revolver is marked in part: Off Duty, .38 SPL., Charter Arms Corp. Stratford, Conn., S/N 997699. Revolver is in very good condition. Minor scuffs to metal. Includes original box and paperwork. Please see photos. MUST BE AN INDIANA RESIDENT TO PURCHASE, WILL NOT SHIP. NO EXCEPTIONS. Firearms will take time to process for FFL. Once buyer has paid for Firearms the FFL will contact buyer when guns are ready to be picked up. PROCESSING GUNS WILL TAKE UP TO 2-3 WEEKS. The buyer shall be responsible for the transfer fee per firearm, which is payable directly to the FFL at time of transfer. Gun shop has the right to reserve a hold on a firearm until customer gets approved by background check.
