The auction is open to both Canadian and U.S. buyers. Please note that any applicable tariffs will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid along with shipping/handling charges. Prairie Lane Auctions Charges a 8% buyers premium - to a max of $100 per item Cash, debit or E transfer is preferred. E transfer to be sent to [email protected]. All New Items are subject to PST & GST The purchaser is required to pay PST & GST where applicable. All funds are in Canadian Dollars The purchaser shall pick up items purchased on date specified by Prairie Lane Auctions. If you are unable to pick up, please arrange for someone else to do so. Any Items not picked up on the day of pickup with incur storage charges and will only be held for 2 weeks after the auction closing. These items will be resold and the buyer may be blocked from further bidding! This applies to all items paid and not paid. FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEMS will not be shipped and must be picked up. If in doubt, please contact Prairie Lane Auctions for confirmation on shipping. Shipping is mainly done through Canada Post. Buyer pays shipping and $10 handling fee. USA Buyers will pay tariff fees along with shipping and handling fees. Description of the items are a guide only. Each lot is sold AS IS & WHERE IS. There are items that may need unknown repairs etc. Even items that owners represent as running order may need maintenance work - Buyer Beware. We do check several items but do not have the time or resources to check every single items. There are no guarantees. These are used items and bidders are encouraged to carefully review all photos and descriptions before placing bids. All items are sold in unverified working condition. All sales are final. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and no bidder shall retract his bid. Not responsible for any accidents at pick up location. Bring help if needed. there will not be any staff available to help load your items at pick up site.
