We kindly ask that all items be picked up during the scheduled pickup week. We provide 5 days from the close of the auction to collect your winnings. As our business continues to grow, we are processing more inventory than ever before and need the warehouse space to prepare upcoming auctions. When items are not picked up on time, it delays our operations and slows down the listing of new inventory for future auctions. If you are unable to pick up your items personally, you are welcome to have a friend, family member, or another authorized person pick them up on your behalf. We also offer shipping for many items. If you would like your order shipped, please let us know, and we can charge the shipping cost to the card on file.
