1. The buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing and reading the description and condition of each item before placing a bid. 2. Photos are for product reference only. Please refer to the lot description to determine exactly what is included. Any extra items or accessories shown in the photos are not necessarily included unless specifically stated in the description. 3. Each lot includes an actual photo showing the condition of the product and its box. You must scroll to the end of the photos to find it. If the item does not have a box, an actual photo of the product will be provided. 4. Any known damage or issues with an item will be disclosed in the notes section of the lot description. However, occasionally a defect or damage may be overlooked. If you discover an issue that was not disclosed, you must notify us within 3 days of picking up the item and return the item to our facility within 5 days of pickup. Our staff will inspect the item to verify the issue and determine whether it is eligible for a refund. These timeframes provide sufficient time to inspect, test, and return the item. If these deadlines are not met, the item will not be eligible for a refund due to damage or defects. 5. Items will be available for pickup for 9 business days only. We cannot hold or store items beyond this period unless a prior arrangement has been made with us. Any item not picked up within the 9-business-day period will be considered abandoned and will no longer be available for pickup. No refunds will be issued for items that are not picked up. 6. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds simply because you no longer want the item, have changed your mind, or do not know how to use it. Refunds will only be considered for damage, defects, or issues that were not disclosed in the lot description, in accordance with our return policy. 7.
