Items are then picked up by UPS every Tuesday & Thursday at 2pm. We ONLY use UPS Ground, if you would like to use a different carrier we can provide weight and dimensions so you can purchase your own label and schedule a pickup with the carrier. REJECTED QUOTES due to whatever reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you do not reject the quote we have no way of knowing you do not want your items so it will result in item forfeiture and no refund will be provided, so please let us know.
