Bryant Cox (A.B. SS Dame Addams, c/o FPO San Francisco) to Miss Dorothy Parson in Emporia, Virginia. (2) Three "Pepsi-Cola Steps Out" round cardboard bottle hangers/coasters reading "Big 10 oz Glass, Five Cents." (3) One "Sparkling Pepsi-Cola 12 FL OZ" label from Pepsi-Cola Company of Canada. (4) One "More Bounce to the Ounce!" matchbook/promotional card in cellophane wrapper. (5) One "Drink Pepsi-Cola Ice-Cold" bottle cap shaped napkin/transfer. (6) One "This is Your Pepsi-Cola Spot!" paper shelf talker with adhesive back. Condition: The WWII mailer has water staining and wear but remains intact with visible postmark and addresses. Round hangers are in fair condition. Matchbook is worn. Shelf talker has dried adhesive on reverse. Canadian label is fragile but intact. Pepsi sent these record mailers to servicemen during WWII so they could record messages home. The fact that this envelope survived 80+ years with a real soldier's name on it is genuinely remarkable.
