A Tibetan or Himalayan style snuff bottle featuring a dark horn or hardwood body mounted in ornate filigree metalwork. The shoulders, neck, and side panels are embellished with scroll motifs and inlaid with turquoise and colored stone cabochons. A matching metal stopper is connected by a suspension chain and includes an integral spoon or dauber. The underside of the base is incised with an auspicious decorative symbol.
