Vintage coin-style metal button or decorative fastener featuring a crowned portrait of French King Louis XII after an early French medal design. Measures approx. 1" diameter and weighs 6.3 grams. Raised slotted fastener on reverse; reverse stamped M7. Silver-tone metal with age-related patina and wear. Exact age and metal content unknown.
