A Seth Thomas mechanical mantel clock featuring an 8-day time and strike movement in a dark-stained tambour case. The circular cream dial has Arabic numerals and two winding arbors, while the movement is stamped with the maker logo and89AL. A retailer label is affixed to the base, and a brass winding key is included. It measures 16.25 inches long by 5 inches wide by 9.5 inches high.The wooden case has wood loss and chipping at the front lower left corner along with general surface wear. The dial shows heavy foxing and staining. The movement is untested.
