This hand-written document, dated November 1, 1796, records a land transaction between merchant John Fromberger and his wife Ann to the Reverend James Chambers. The text describes a property on Germantown Main Street and mentions a starchmanufactory. The lower right bears cursive signatures for John Fromberger and Ann Fromberger next to applied seals. A green adhesive label for Cider Mill Art and Frame is attached to the reverse. The frame measures 25.5 by 29.5 inches.The document shows age-related toning and visible creases from historical folding. Small losses and tears occur at the intersection of fold lines. The frame exhibits minor scuffing to the edges.
